My Cup Runneth Over

When I was little, my Grandma taught me to memorize Psalm 23. (Ok...there might have been a $5 incentive). However, I memorized it one summer at the beach and have never forgotten it. (Well done, Grandma!)
I have laid in bed at night, full of uncertanties and "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me." will gently come to me.

When I am weary and feel abandoned, I remember
"He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake."
And mostly, are the times I know my cup is so full...

And then I realize, it's overflowing.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD
Forever.

Welcome to Baby McGee#2 in Februrary!

  1. Congratulations Rebecca (& Luke)! What another exciting chapter in your life to be starting :) I hope you are feeling well and being well taken care of. Are you hoping for another girl or change it up with a boy this time? How WONDERFUL!

  2. Another beautiful post Becca. What a wonderful thing for a mimi to have the blessing of knowing that her grandchildren will be loved and raised with the love of the Lord. I love you and will be waiting to read your book whenever you finish it. Seriously, seems you have a gift!
